Duration: 5 mins approx, starts September / October (TBC)
£50 will be paid to each actor, plus food and travel expenses. A self-funded project, ‘The Target List’ is a teaser scene taken from a full-length feature script that we will present to potential investors to give an idea of the look, feel and humour of the film. Therefore, if all goes well and the chemistry is right, there is a high chance that that this could lead to roles in the feature which we aim to shoot next year.

SYNOPSIS:
Darren, Kev and Sid are in the pub. Darren’s been dumped by his girlfriend for his emotional immaturity, although he sees it differently: he concludes that the only way to be ready for Miss Right when she comes along is to ‘get it all out of his system’. So, with ample amounts of sarcasm and antagonism from his mates, he draws up ‘The Target List’.

3 breakdowns:
1. Male / Any yrs. / Any Ethnicity.
DARREN, 29. Protagonist and prat. An average bloke with many ambitions…most of them sexual. Altogether, not a bad bloke but is about to hit 30 and still retains the inability to recognise how badly he comes across to the women he’s trying to seduce.
2. Male / Any yrs. / Any Ethnicity.
KEV, 29. White van man with a depth of infinite flippancy. If he is ever serious, he keeps it well-disguised. When he finds something particularly hilarious, he is lost to silent, open-mouthed paralysis.
3. Male / Any yrs. / Any Ethnicity.
SID, 36. Skinflint and pessimist. Relatively sensible, with a traditional outlook on relationships, he tries to give sage advice without appreciating who he’s trying to give it to.
